A member of the Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service approached us to purchase some of our products to help aid their memorial garden project for their Burnley station.

National Trust

Quarry Bank National Trust reached out to Kedel to source sustainable materials for vital updates to their grounds. In order to create two boardwalks for visitors to use as they enjoy Quarry Bank, they wanted to find a sustainable option that would endure a lifetime of heavy duty use.

"I can't believe it's a full year on! But sometimes these bespoke products end up in their own time zone. Working with the plastic was quite a learning curve, especially combining the planks from different manufacturers to achieve the full spectrum of colour. One advantage i did find was the ability to join planks where a wider section was required. I found I could screw them together but melt and sand back the surface to make the join almost dissapear."
